That's what is so great about the internet. If you know of an informative thread or site that will be helpful to the members here, please by all means, post the address for all to see. You can never have too much information about cross-stitching. The forum I just stumbled on is at About.com There is a thread about software programs with a question from hausfrau and since I'm often asked about programs, I was intrigued.
